Hoey Services, LLC began in Sarasota, Florida on July 1st, 2006, Our primary mission was to provide expert mobile notary services to individuals and small businesses in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. 

In 2007 we expanded our reach to include lenders, title companies and real estate brokers nationwide. We have now performed over 2600 in-person home refinance and purchase transactions.

In June 2019, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis authorized the use of remote online notarizations (RON) into law which took effect on January 1st, 2020. We still perform real estate closing transactions in-person and now thru the use of new technology we now offer RON services to individuals, small business, lenders, title companies and real estate agents nationwide.

Our extensive knowledge and understanding of state notary requirements provide assurance your documents will be completed  accurately, securely and delivered on time.

We are Bonded and have Professional Errors & Omissions Insurance in an amount greater than Florida’s requirement.
