• Monitor email on appointment day for the “Get Started” email from “One Notary”.
• List additional signers when you book your online notary session. DO NOT list emails for any person not signing.
• All signers MUST have at least one of the identifications listed below AND a Social Security Number:

United States passport.

United States state driver license or photo identification card.

Driver license issued by a territory of the United States.

Driver license issued by Canada or Mexico.

Passport issued by a foreign government if stamped by the US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service.

• Send the document(s) to “NOTARYINFLA@GMAIL.COM” prior to signing session. We will upload and prepare them for the notarization session. 
• Document(s) will be signed electronically by you during online session.
• A credit freezing program causes identity verification failure. Turn off prior to start of RON session.
• A firewall on a secure system may prevent required audio visual communication during the online session. Using a personal device is recommended.
